The base unit was constantly searching for a signal. Claimed AT&T was the best in my area. It didn't connect to the internet 30 to 40% of the time. Called several times to complain, and when I disputed the amount refunded they claimed I never complained. Don't even ask me about the fall detection, awful, but we did make some great friends on the EMT team.
We had this service for our mother for about 10 years. It worked perfectly & was made use of several times when situations called for it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have had the fall detection pendant replaced three times and it has NEVER worked. I plan on changing to another company.

This is amazing. They call right away when I've fallen. They are always polite and kind. They thoroughly explained that they already contacted the ambulance and they called my family too. Super product with superior staff.
It's ok for someone that is inside all the time but since I do go out I'm not covered for falls or anything. For the cost I'm a little disappointed but my family feel it's suitable for home.
I got this for my mother because of her propensity for falling and although she's only had to use it once, it was well worth it. It was easy to set up, easy to use, and very efficient. The only reason I am taking 1 star off is because when she activated the call and the police were notified, they were not told of the keypad code to get the key and open the door. They eventually called Lifefone back and got the code, but it would be so much better if they had been given that code when first contacted. Other than that, i plan on sticking with this system...it's a good value for great peace of mind.
I have not had to use this service but have a great feeling of security knowing I have it!
We have had LifeFone for our Mom for a few years now. She's only had to use it once, and it worked very well - just as advertised. I would highly recommend this service.

I love this alert system! My mom wears the necklace alert and has already used it several times to call for help! By the time I am able to reach her home, medics are already there assessing her condition and calming her. Mom doesn't have to turn on any lights, know where the portable phone is, or remember any numbers. She has the necklace with her at all times and just presses it to call for aid. A Life Fone operator answers to verify the problem, call the medics, and calm Mom while help is on the way. In the meantime, Mom's list of responders is also called so one of us can be with her. Excellent service!
Having this service allows me peace of mind. I've had to use this service and was very pleased with how fast it works and how they alert each of your designated family members that you had a situation. I take my GPS when I travel so Lifefone knows where I am in case of an emergency.
I live alone and I am handicapped. If I fall, i do need assistance to get back up. Thee is always a representative who will respond 24/7.

We had this system for my dad for a few months. Within that time the system would falsely go off several times a day - he was just sitting in a chair. It was inconvenient at best. However, twice my dad was woken up in the middle of the night with paramedics at his bedside because the system had gone off and my dad hadn't heard it. Pretty scary for an 87 year old. That leads me to another issue - we completed the contact list (a list letting them know who to call if my dad's system went off). They never did that but went right to calling the paramedics. My daughter got a Lifefone button for me about two years ago. Lifefone has taken the fear out of living alone as I know that help is always within reach. I would highly recommend their service.
We got my mom LifeFone about two years ago. She’s very happy with service - they always respond quickly to her calls and get her help when she needs it. They also call my sister and me and let us know what’s happening. We feel better knowing that she has the LifeFone button.
I've had Lifefone for several years and I am very happy with the service. The operators are always kind and very patient. I feel very safe in my home and have told many of my friends about this wonderful service.
My dad is 94, in good health, and only agreed to get a LifeFone neck pendant and monitor/call-box after falling a couple of times and getting dizzy other times. He lives alone and wears the pendant and sleeps with it. There have been two instances since installing the system two months ago, and LifeFone alerted me and alerted my dad to let him/us know that they were dispatching help. I'm in New York and my dad is in Miami, so it was comforting to hear how professional the LifeFone team was in their calls and in their process. Thank you!

We've had Lifefone for my mother for the past few years. The response time was very quick, and though I'm not someone who reviews products often, I can say we are very pleased with this product which works as advertised, and also with the kind customer service there. I trust we are in good hands with this. This is the type of product you hope you won't need, but when you do its important to know how well it works.
We purchased this system for my Mom, and it went off 4 times in the first month when there was not a real emergency and we sent it back and got our money back, but now my Mom refuses to use anything.
