Monitoring
Monitoring - 5 / 5
ADT offers a wide range of professionally monitored home safety and security systems. The company's reputation for high-quality monitoring is excellent. All medical alert systems include 2-way communication. ADT doesn't provide as many notification options as some companies—for example, the flexibility to alert only the family members and friends you choose in the case of an incident. However, since the system incorporates two-way communication and monitors are trained to assess problem situations effectively, customers can influence whether emergency responders are dispatched during an event.

ADT Reputation
Reputation and Certifications - 5 / 5
ADT receives an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and a poor rating of 1.3 out of 5 stars on Trustpilot. ADT is an enormous company and offers many types of home and business security services. It's not surprising that the company receives its share of complaints from consumers. Its medical alert systems, however, are infrequently named as problematic. ADT's medical alert systems have generally received good reviews in the consumer press.
