It is the worst thing I bought it ever! This is my first time writing a bad review! I bought the whole accessory with the hearing aid and I spent a lot of money on something that does not last for a couple of hours! The rechargeable batteries need to be charged for the whole night and do not work more than 4-6 hours in the best estimation. I contacted customer service where I had to send them back for a check and nothing changed! After several months I contacted them again and I complained because I could not use them for a year (I can not charge them during my work and I need them for work) they just connected to any streaming device and I started hearing some music and radio stations... Wow, this call from Tiffany from Audicus was a life changing event. She was Professional, informative, cutting-edge sharp. I just loved this package “ The Wave “ .. Hi: I have returned my hearing aids twice now, as the batteries only last 3 days. I am fairly disappointed that they are returning them back to me again with their batteries. The batteries are not the issue. I have always bought very expensive batteries for aids. The first time I was told there was an issue in the internal of hearing aid. This was supposedly fixed and returned to me. Today, after Audicus receiving them back on the 27th of April they sent them back to me. Today is the 29th. The technician tried batteries in them for 2 days? And then said there was no issue. We had to return the product because my mother decided she did not like over/behind the ear style as she is always fussing with her hair and there is no way to argue with an 89 year old :) However, compared to the last phonak hearing aids she had which were also fairly new, she heard MUCH better with the Audicus product. This was not her comments, but are mine, because I didn't have to keep repeating myself when talking with her. Avoid by any cost this company. I bought a one hearing aid for my mother in December 2019. It was heaving issue with the noise. My mother could not use it. I called for support and was told that will get call back. Waited a week and nobody called. Then I called again to say that will return the item. Filled the form and sent back on January 3rd. Based on USPS receipt it was received on January 8th. I sent them email to inform about returned item. No response. No phone call. When I was shopping online I was getting instant phone calls with offer to help though. After I returned product no phone call or email. For some reasons they push you to buy certain product. The hearing aids sent had two issues in the product. #1 the sound tube was to short, causing the hearing aid to sit way to high on my ear. #2 the cones that are inserted into the ear canal did not fit. Tried both the ones sent attached to the aids and then changed to the next largest size better but not comfortable. The cones are very flimsy and cheaply constructed from inferior material. The speech clarity was no improvement over no Aids. They did improve the level of sound but not the clarity. In a noisy environment ( ie: restaurant ) it was just louder not clearer. I first started wearing hearing aids about 5 years ago. But, about 4 months ago, I felt it was time for an upgrade. So I ordered a pair of Audicus Clara’s on line. Since I had already been wearing hearing aids, and found that I rarely needed to see the hearing professional I bought them from, I wasn’t worried about buying on line. First off, I’d like to say that the improvement in hearing over my previous mid range Phonak Q-50’s was remarkable. The price was also very agreeable. I am delighted that I can now hear my friends and family with the set of Audicus Clara, and they are glad they don't have to repeat themselves. The aids are easy to manage, and the instructions that came with them were easy to understand. I charge them every night and clean them every other day with the cleaning unit. I got the remote and it is wonderful.
