Let me start by saying I do not like their website. It is difficult to navigate and there is no quick link to compare models. That is the only negative thing I have to say about Audicus. I have been having hearing issues for quite a while. I just didn't know how much I was missing. More on that towards the end. Predominately I had difficulty hearing conversations if there was a lot of background noise and having to turn up the TV. I had a hearing test done at Costco. I did not want to spend $2000 for hearing aids. I started doing research on the web. I initially tried a pair of those micro devices you can get for about $80 to $100 per ear. I purchased on line the rechargeable option and was waiting for the shipping confirmation when I receive an email from Audicus asking if I wanted to buy 2 pairs of their product. I had inadvertently ordered 2 sets of aids. I respond NO that wasn't my intension. /they altered the order and refunded the extra pairs charge. To me this is a very ethical and honest company someone I want to business with!! Have not gotten aids yet but hope they live up to the standards of their customer service

I spoke Manuel Vargas today regarding the purchase of hearing aids for my dad. Manuel was very responsive to my emails and called me back within 15 minutes. My dad and I both felt appreciated and respected with the level of A+ customer service Manuel provided. Audicus is very lucky to have such a top notch associate representing their company. Huge difference but still have a bit of trouble with female voices. I’m sure they can adjust it.

My order number is A6731. It took quite a while for them to arrive but once here there worked well for a week. They have been charged properly and even changed locations in the charger but the blue has stopped working. I would appreciated an address to where it can be sent for repair or replacement.

The Audicus Wave models have been working well for me and seem nearly equal to two of the higher-priced models retailed by audiologists that I tested. There's definitely some hassle with Audicus as a result of mailing the hearing aids back and forth for readjustments, which mine needed—but for me it's worth it to save $3,000-$4,000 compared to buying from the local audiologist. My biggest complaint is with the Bluetooth function, which only half-works: I can stream music, radio, and podcasts (although the sound is slightly tinny and unpleasant), but the Bluetooth-to-phone connection for voice calls is terrible and unusable about 80% of the time, which is a disappointment but not a... The Clara model is mostly trash. For no reason, one or both ears will intermittently drop all low frequencies, go to piercing treble and then return to normal a few moments later. Yes they're clean and dry. Yes they have the correct dome tip. Much worse if using the Bluetooth connection to any source. Never sure if they are working. If I turn up volume to see if they are on all I get is hiss. I have 2 other brands that work just fine. It's not me. Just not worth any price.

Yeah, so Audicus is really just Sonova - one the largest manufacturers of hearing aids in the world selling their hearing aids on the cheap. They own Phonank & Unitron and run a giant chain of expensive hearing aids clinics called Connect. They might be providing a cheaper online alternative but they are not the underdogs they are pretending to be. They are just getting your dollars more directly with less overhead for them.

Dealing and purchasing 2 hearing aids fr Audicus was informative and a rare positive experience. My sales agent was supportive of my needs, very knowledgeable and bent over backwards to assist my needs. The technology used by Auducus was amazing specifically the OVER-the-PHONE Hearing test that was included with the very reasonable price of 2 WAVE hearing aids (Under $1700). Previous experience with HEAR USA was, as far as I am concerned, a scam. I paid $7500 for 2 hearing aids of which the bulk of it went to the audiologist. Again, I recommend Audicus and their superb team of dedicated profressionals.
