The Audicus Dia II was the second pair of hearing aids I used. I purchased the remote control to go along with them, which I have almost never used. I have used the aids for over a year and I recently noticed my hearing was getting worse. So, I had another hearing test locally. They said my hearing had not changed much at all. They tested the hearing aids and the hearing aids were not programmed for my specific hearing loss. They were not compensating for the tones that I needed them to compensate for, if that makes sense. This is my second pair, Clara. The first pair lasted 4 years only because someone stepped on one by mistake when I dropped it on the floor. Great quality for the price. My second pair seems even better then the first and I am very pleased with this pair. Customer service is awesome also.

I was led to believe that I would receive my order within 10-14 days . The tracking says it is in transit, but no location is given. I have contacted them and they tell me to be patient. Their response was at 3am meaning they were not in the US. I would advise caution.

First. I have had these almost a year. I have the behind the air blue tooth .rechargeable. yet the battery doesn't get through the whole day. The wires don't work right. Need to be longer. Frustration with customer service. They need to go back for repair replace. People say they can't hear me or I sound like micky mouse when I talk. They have issue's. Mostly customer service. Thinking of trying lively

I was skeptical and at first I wasn't having great reception, but after working with them a while I have found them to be great. Less than half the price of other hearing aids I have had and I am 72 and have been wearing hearing aids since I was 29. (Probably should have worn them years earlier). My only problem is I misplaced the cleaning kit and having had detached retina surgery (which has left me with questionable sight for the last four months (and won't be completely healed allowing the final procedure for another month) I can't locate it! I hate to order another kit and my aids are now not working very well because they haven't been cleaned! :) Over all I give them a thumbs... Read More

I had purchased my first set of hearing aides from Audicus in January 2018, and I had great service with them, but it was time for a new set, and I was unsure of which model would be best for hearing loss, as it has changed since 2018 I took a new hearing test and was contacted by Tiffany Chung, and she was an absolute delight to work with. She explained the models that were best for my hearing loss. I would not have to been able to make the correct choice without Tiffany’s guidance. She is a valuable asset to Audicus. This company has great products, great prices, and great customer service.

I ordered the Audicus Oro with extra clarity and remote. Total was almost $2000. When I ordered I inquired if my right ear hearing loss, which is much greater than my left ear, would be within the range of the aid. I was assured the aid would be able to handle the level of hearing loss in both ears. Unfortunately as programed my left aid worked fine but my right aid was so weak I could barely hear it. I sent them back and they cleaned them and informed me the right aid was at it's maximum level. Once again I could barely hear with it. So, I felt I had been duped. I bought a new pair of aids from a different source and they work great. I boxed up the Audicus aids and sent them to a charity.

I ordered two devices on July 10 and to date I still do not have my devices and it appears no hope of delivery. Their emails are a sham of pre-programmed responses! I’ve asked for either my devices or a refund and have stopped receiving even the programmed responses now. Do not spend a dime here - it’s just a dime donated to them.

I have had these for one year. Prior to this I had signa in ear which I could never adapt to and even though I had moderate hearing loss the sound production was not good. Thes cost me 5k and I stopped using them. Then I bought Nanos for about $899. These were awful in both comfort and sound. Finally I tried Audicus. From every point of view: size, comfort and sound I love them. I bought the Wave. My only regret is that I did not get the rechargeable model.
