I paid $7,000 in Sept. 2020 for the Leaf Guard system on my raised cape in Massachusetts. The sales person was very slick and made all kinds of promises, and unfortunately I believed him. Now, after our 2 big winter storms I have had nothing but trouble with those gutters. Very large chunks of ice sliding off the gutters, and giant ice cycles posing a significant risk of serious injury when they fall. One missed my head by only inches. I have made multiple phone calls to the company, including the salesperson who initially told me to call him any time with questions or concerns. Most of the calls were not returned. My name , I had Ultimate Gutter Garden to replace 9 windows they did it on a Sunday, left2 undone and hadn't been back.I would not recommend them to nobody.Still waiting on them to finish
