We had gutters installed on our lakehouse in 2014 and they have constantly gotten stopped up. I have called them twice this year and was told they would come out and check them. The year is over and they still have not been out. Their lifetime warrenty is not worth the paper it was written on and I would never purchase from them again. Beware of this company.

Customer Service Sucks and the Referral Program is a Joke . You did not Honor it now you have a Irate Customer that can't keep there mouth shut. For every upset customer you have you lose 10-20 possible new customers.

I had a failure on my Gutter Helmut system back in the spring of 2023. I contacted both the local installer and the Gutter Helmet Company and basically was told that their product wasn’t protected against Acts of God. Go figure that God would want to destroy my Gutter Helmet. I will say that Gutter Helmet Louisville, Kentucky did discount the repair from $800.00 to $400.00. I didn’t do anything else until recently. I have been in the Lumber and Building Materials business for my entire career, working for several manufacturers. Well done and truly impressed with their service and follow on support. Would recommend for anyone needing a professional team to install and maintain your gutters.
Ice and snow got in underneath the helmet and peeled it back. There is no longer anyone in the Toronto (Canada)
area who installs or repairs Gutter Helmet so the lifetime warranty is useless. Stay away !!
Very poor customer service. Disrespectful of a customers time. Never showed up for an morning appointment to check and clean out a potential clog.. Called customer service for any updates and I kept hearing we can't reach our field techs, they are not responding to our texts. Finally around 2 pm I get an update. My appointment had been cancelled, due to a tech that was supposedly out at my house a month ago saying I had a broken pipe First off, A tech did not come out a month ago and I never had a broken pipe! The product is good keeping out large debris. BUT.... After having had the gutter helmet on our second story house for 3 years, we have discovered that it is not fowl proof. Birds have nested in-between the slits and have caused blockage. We have three different bird nests in the gutters. It is sad that we didn't know this was even a possibility. We were so disappointed that after spending all this money on what we thought was a permanent solution to cleaning out the gutters, and now we still need to clean them out. This was not a wise investment for us. Just wanted others to be ware that this is a possibility.
Worst gutter guards ever made Debris animals and insects like to nest in very over priced and causes damages to your roof steer clear of anyone selling these guards they are trying to rip you off
