Worst Florist possible. Flowers never showed up for Valentines Day and took hours of effort to actually contact a person. I was offered a discount on the flowers that never showed up. Then they offered to deliver the flowers in a few days???? WTF. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. BEWARE!!!!

Not happy with Ava’s Flowers delivery at all. Very poor experience. My son ordered flowers for his girlfriend for Valentine’s Day to be delivered to her dorm at college at 3:30pm. Despite assurances it would be delivered timely and that his girlfriend would be called on her cell when the delivery person arrived or my son would called if they could not reach her, the delivery never came and no calls were ever received. They promised it would be delivered and they did not deliver. That is the first business that made me cry - the flowers were not delivered on the day promised - the bouquet was delivered next morning early and the delivery person (lazy or dumb ??? ) didn't announce his arrival ( though three residents were present at home) / didn't call on the phone - but dumped the flowers at the door at freezing temperatures in Vermont - so the recipient got dead flowers - the worst part is that the company is hiding behind a complicated algorithm on their site - there is no phone number to reach them and no way to communicate by messages. Ordered customized 50 roses boutique for my brother's 50th anniversary, Rep said, extra charges for customization and I agreed. They charged me $339.41. When we saw the picture of final product, it was a low quality vase with 50 roses thrown randomly. When I complained, they offered me $20 refund or 're-delivery of the order. Redelivery was impractical, brother's house was full of roses-no more room. In essence, they said, order for 50 roses were only worth $20. What a shame! DONOT USE THEM. THEY ARE ORDER TAKERS. Although flowers were delivered on the day requested. The order was not exactly as requested. Most of the pink lilies were buds that were droopy. Three pink lilies that were open, were old, with brown damage spots all over them and wilted. Three rose buds looked ok. Whoever delivered the flowers rang the bell and left before answering the door. I can understand why. There was nothing that indicated which local florist delivered these flowers. When I called Customer Service, Romeo answered. Although his scripted “I’m sorry” routine was repeated, he said he could not tell me which florist filled this order. I wish I could give this company negative stars. Worst service. Paid extra for flowers that were NEVER DELIVERED all they do is give fake apologies and blame the florist instead of fixing the issues which is what their entire company is for. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

Horrible service. I chose them because they guaranteed same day delivery. I paid extra for this service. The flowers weren’t delivered until the next day... day after the birthday! And the arrangement looked nothing like the photo I chose! I would never use them again and would NEVER recommend them to family or friends. Horrible company!

This was a horrible horrible customer experience. I ordered flowers and they sent something different without asking me. I submitted a form to cancel the order and they ignored me. The flowers they sent were dying in an absolutely terrible condition they were fused to offer a refund or send better flowers this place is a scam

The worst! I ordered the Enchanted Kiss Bouquet which is FULL with red roses, raspberry colored alstroemerias, and deep purple asters. We received a MEAGER and SPARSE arrangement without the 30 alstroemerias, substituted with just 6 chrysanthemums! And no bow on the vase as displayed online. My $104 spent with AvasFlowers.net looked like $35 spent at the local grocery store! SO Disappointing. I can not begin to say the things the went wrong with order. It has been over a week since I placed my order and it still has not been settled to my satisfaction! Remember when customers really meant something! Go to the grocery buy a ten dollar arrangement! You will save lots of money and the recipient will have a much better arrangement!
