Terrible. Will never use again! When asked if they were local to the town I was delivering to stated yes but turned out that was false. Got "confirmation arrangement had been delivered on a Friday at 9 when had not been delivered. Had asked for a fall arrangement, eventually a bunch of cut flowers were delivered. No response from customer service. Proceed with extreme caution!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - THIS IS A SHADY CALL CENTER OPERATION. We placed an order on October 5, 2021. A week later - We have not received a confirmation that it has been delivered. I have been trying to reach someone from customer support for several days without success. If I cannot get the delivery confirmed this afternoon I will have no choice but to report the transaction as fraud to the credit card provider and request a charge-back. 1. When I call the main customer service line I get an automated message that says "this order is scheduled for delivery on October 5 or October 6 2021" and then disconnects. 2. Proceed with caution. Customer Service is extremely unhelpful, we spent almost an hour trying to track down an arrangement that never made it out the door. Will never use Avas again.

My flowers were 3 days late and looked horrible. Needed water and some stems were broken. Would not recommend them at all

Do not use! Total scam. I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my daughters 22 birthday to be delivered at her College. Horrible wilted flowers... 6 when its was supposed to be full of flowers. I wish I could post a picture of what was delivered vs what I ordered. Maybe that is why we cant add pictures.

Do not order from Avas Florists! I was charged $108.84 for a skimpy, wilted arrangement at my dearest friend’s funeral! Was promised a beautiful “Peachy Keen”arrangement that turned out to be 1 peach rose, a couple of white lilies, some wilted purple flowers, with mostly greenery, and a hand scribbled message! So embarrassing! What is deceiving is that there are all these 5 star reviews in their website!!

I really wish I would have read the reviews, and looked the business up on the BBB website. I just ordered today and the delivery is scheduled for tomorrow. I didn't appreciate the sneaky tactic of adding in a $20.95 service fee. I will update my comment, with possibly a better rating once the flowers are delivered. I'm crossing my fingers at this point.

I ordered 3 delivers to different states. One was beautiful; one was fair, and one was horrible. The latter one came with a set of problems. I received a call and the florist said they did not have the chosen flowers but only had 3 offers: roses, daffodils, and another one that I cannot remember. I didn't want any of these, but chose the roses as a last resort. Even the receiver was disappointed with they way they looked. I will never buy from Ava's again.
