I regularly send flowers from online stores, Ava set the bar as low as it can go, They did not deliver when requested and internet site tells me they were delivered but they weren’t, later saying it was lost. Next day looked again and 4 hrs later it still says lost, I get a text and picture it’s been delivered from the recipient and its the wrong size and completely different arrangement. Never have had this happen ever using other sites, there are several sites that do a great job, so much for trying to use a family owned company and benefit the little guys.

I will not use again. Promised same day delivery for an event, flowers delivered the next day. I said I only wanted to place order if they could guarantee same day delivery. I was reassured flowers would be delivered same day by Lynn, who took my order. She even put me on hold to "check with the delivery person" and confirmed it would happen. Flowers did not look like image on website. Offered me $15 refund on my $80 order.

I wanted to have a bouquet of flowers sent to my niece since she had her first baby. I called Ava's Flowers to select and have the flowers delivered. I made my selection off of the pictures they provide on their website. Going off of the image I wanted, I ordered the "large" version of the selection at $72.00. The order taker informed me that the cost was $102.00. She broke down the billing as $72 dollars for the flowers, $8 dollars for tax and $20 dollars for a professional florist to make it really look nice.? I had a terrible experience with Avas and would never use them again. 1. On Tuesday I ordered flowers to be delivered on Wednesday 2. At 4.20pm on Wednesday I was contacted by Avas to say the flowers I selected were not available and a different bouquet would be delivered on Thursday 3. I placed 3 separate phone calls to Atlas when the flowers were not delivered on Thursday. At one stage they send me a confirmation that the flowers were delivered on Thursday evening. They also confirmed this on the phone. 4. I discovered on Friday afternoon the flowers still had not been delivered. Four more calls to Avas and a commitment to deliver on MONDAY. 5. I will not use Ava's Flowers again. I have had 2 separate flower orders that I had to cancel because after I placed the order I received a phone call that they are unable to deliver to that address even though their website states they do deliver to that area. Both times the flowers were needed to get to the address on that date so it was difficult to replace the flowers with another florist. They also have really high fees including a service fee, delivery fee, handling fee. I won't even give them one star.

TERRIBLE service. Customer service was bad and they failed to deliver flowers I order for a specific date twice. I will never order from them again. Extremely disapointed by making false promises to deliver flowers on time. They get 1/2 stars on my rating.

I ordered an arrangement for my anniversary. Paid express delivery fee to get the flowers before 2 PM. Not only did I did not receive the flowers before 2, but I also did not get anything at all. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. Their wait queue is over 1.5 hours and they make it very hard to contact them, always referring you back to their useless support page. Do not waste your time or money, this place is not a serious business.

Terrible service, I ordered ballon's for my fathers 85th birthday the ballon's never showed up on the delivery date (No call from Avas). I called them the next day, typical BS they said they are giving the order to another shop. They ballon's finally showed up at 8:30pm. Terrible service. Do not recommend this company.

Floral arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered in terms of colors of flowers. More disappointingly, I paid $100 for "luxury grade" and what was sent was about the size of a standard $25 bouquet from a grocery store. I won't use this company again. Very disappointed.

After paying a $21.95 Service Fee on top of $54 for flower arrangement, it was NOT delivered today. There is no one to contact other than their website. I am furious as this was a very special day for my husband. I do not recommend using Avas Flowers for anything!!
