COMPLETE SCAM Sent fruit basket. It arrived Rotted and SMELLED. Cannot get through to customer service on line or on phone. UNACCEPTABLE

I feel scammed! Didn’t receive what I paid for. I ordered a red, white and blue arrangement for a veterans funeral. Suppose to have 15 red flowers had four. Suppose to have large dark blue bow ,didn’t have any bow. Poorly put together. Sloppy. Suppose the be five gladiolus and palm leaves, no gladiolus some scraggly looking palm leaves. Charged large service fee. Don’t use Ava’s . Can’t get in contact after the fact. So disappointed. Also they tell you they are local but when you call you get like a sales person trying to tell you what to get. I asked are you local and he said yes the flowers would be made at a local florist . Do not use this flower delivery service. My daughter ordered flowers for me while I was in the hospital. I never received thanksgiving and was discharged two days later. Hospital called said they found flowers in physical therapy sept two days later. They do not want to refund the $99. On my account. Do not use. DO NOT USE. RIP OFFS

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My flowers weren't delivered as promised. I made several phone calls and was given several different excuses as to why they weren't delivered. I was told by a supervisor that they were on the way to the recipient-as we were speaking-but an hour later they still hadn't arrived. This is a good reminder to read reviews before ordering online. BTW, I had to give it a rating but it doesn't even deserve one star.

Ordered a bouquet for Valentine’s. Site promised same day delivery. That didn’t happen. Could not cancel online. Called and a representative said they would cancel the order. Flowers arrived two days late anyways. Flowers were grocery store quality at best. Bought a lily bouquet, but only received a single lily. They also forgot the balloon. Was on the phone for hours over several days and only managed to get 35/105 $ refunded. What a joke!

First off, Ava’s Flowers touts themselves as being a local florist; I was looking in the Ft. Meyers area. They are actually out of NJ. My order was supposedly “delivered” but the recipient had not received order. When she did, it was late and did not resemble the quality of what I ordered. My $85 purchase looked like someone ran to publix’s grocery store and threw some tacky, half dead flowers in a vase. Buyer beware.

My husband ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day...112.00 later and they still haven't shown up. Been reading this a lot on review sites. Evidently they make a habit of not sending what you ordered or just not sending anything at all.

My boyfriend paid $130 to make my valentines day special without him and the order was canceled on February 15th by the company because they couldn't complete the order. He paid extra for delivery on Valentine's day and waited all day for them to be delivered. Extremely disappointed with Avasflowers and will not be using their services again.
