Terminix Warwick-have been a customer for 38 years. In 1980 original treatment for a swarm of termites in the basement...ten years later a swarm of termites in the garage was treated. Doing renovations in the garage and found serious termite damage. Terminix Warwick will not honor the guaranty. Would never recommend this company! Beware!!!

I have been with Terminix 5 years, first with termite bond and monthly pest control, now just termite bond. My contract states that the first 3 years the termite bond cannot be increased. SURPRISE! It was in the 3rd year. This year my bond increased by $113 dollars. I have never had a claim. When I called about the increase I was told it was because everyone else in my area had termites, I don't. I was never given a local number to call and talk to anyone about either of my problems. People don't matter, just that your payment is made on time.

Dear Sir: I had a very bad experience this year regard your home inspector; He did not keep the appointment, I call him hours later, he said he will be here couple more hours. He set his phone not accept message, his manner is bad. I am very sad about new staff training …. if he need change the appointment, he should call customer first ...not let customer wait for hours … Dr. Jasen Su

Horrible customer service. The national people don't talk to local people. I've called about scheduling problems more times than I can count. To no avail. Sent emails. No response. Supposed to have local people call me. No response.

Customer for more then 20 years. Service is inconsistent. Sometimes satisfactory, sometimes very poor. Service has deteriorated in last year. Renewal inspector found no damage. Shortly thereafter painter found termite damage. We called several times but another inspector did not come out until 10 days later. The termites had dispersed during that interval and we were told that Terminex is not responsible unless live termites are found. We feel we are being penalized that Terminex was short staffed and could not send someone for 10 days. By that time the termite' colony was disturbed and they moved to a more hospitable setting. I had a contract for termite traps inspection which never showed any presence of termites. When I found termite damage, they said they would chane my plan to one where they apply chemicals around the foundation. Then when I found more termite damage, they told me that it occurred during the previous contract, and therefore was no longer covered. They are nothing more than dishonest crooks. Never, never, never do business with them!!!!!

We called for a termite inspection and informed them that it was for a refinancing and the lender needed a termite inspection. They scheduled it between 5 pm and 7 pm the next day. At 7:05 pm the next day they still had not shown up. When I called they said they were unable to get in touch with the technician. When I told them it was important due to the fact it was for refinancing they told me they do not do free inspections for that and it would need to go to a manager for approval and that there would be a charge but couldn't tell me how much. They said someone would call back but they never did. I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Terrible company when it comes to Termites, good for pest bug cibtrol but out of thier league when it is termites, they will sell u a contract , they first told me 7900. I said I am getting 3 estimates, thet immediately came down to 3200. I took that price and they tried 2x to exterminate with spray chemicals, when that doesn't work they will make u wait for 3-4 months to do the tenting especially if u get a decent priced cintract, nevee called me back , had to repeatedly call customer service national to get them to hinir cintract, do not use terminex fir termites, u will regret it.
