Had the need for a tax attorney and looked up online and luckily my search led me to Defense Tax Partners. I had a notice of a bank levy and I wanted to try and stop it. Defense was a very simple and smooth procedure where they contacted the IRS on my behalf and argued my case. Needed to file some back taxes. The IRS filed my returns for me without any deductions and they claimed I owed $44,567.09. I knew I did not because I had a lot of write off that I was not given credit for. Defense Tax Partners refiled all of my returns and I went from owing money to getting a refund of $4,678.87. Now if that is not a great results, I do not know what is. Call Defense Tax Partners if you need tax help.

I hired one of the firms that advertises daily on every radio station and TV station and was very disappointed. I basically paid them $6,000 and they did nothing except let my debt grow, it almost doubled. I still needed help, so I rolled the dice with Defense, and they were great. Their fees were far less than the other firm and they got my tax issue cleared up in under two months. I went from owing the IRS money to being in a CNC where I don’t owe or pay back anything. Wish I found them before the last tax law firm. It’s a shame how one company can be so poor and the other one so great.

I was selling my house and found out I had a tax lien. I was surprised because I was never notified. The IRS wanted to take the money from the sale of my house to cover my tax debt, but I needed that money to buy a new house. My mortgage broker told me about Defense Tax Partners, so I called them and got to work quickly. Thy got the lien on my house removed and I was able to sell the house without having to pay the IRS back with all the proceeds. I was thrilled.

We got hit with an audit by the IRS. They said that we owed an additional $13,000 due to some deductions they were not allowing and then they added penalties and interest as well. They had a total of $3,500 in extra fees. Defense Tax Partners tax attorneys took our case on and took care of us. They got the penalties erased and the debt lowered within a few months it was all settled and cleared up. I hope no one needs their services like we did, but if you end up needing a tax attorney these are the people to call.
