I am so glad I contacted Anthem Tax Services. They were great from the get go. Very knowledgeable and very good at listening to my concerns. Anthem personnel were always very respectful towards me. I also appreciated the fact that they were able to help me with my case. Along the way I talked to several of their associates and each one of them was very caring and tried to help me as much as they could. I can mention Sean and Ryan as their pivotal point of contact. They were reassuring, helped and explained the whole process to me. They were also very patient and always responded quickly to any question I had. I am very thankful for all the help and hard work on my behalf.
So, here's my thoughts about Anthem Tax. Short response... Would I recommend them again? MAYBE, but only very specific people! I didn't have the best outcome on my case file. Between lost papers, extended time frames and a representative with little to No zeal to see my case through....I somehow got lost in the shuffle. Here's the issue...if you're meeting your obligations of submitting what's asked of you in a timely manner, you have an expectation of certain things under contract: The supplier has the necessary skill to provide the service. Before I found Anthem Tax Services, I had an IRS debt that was pretty sizeable and cause me plenty of worrying because I am on fixed income and couldn't afford to set up an continuing payoff plan that would last for years while accumulating more interest. While searching the internet looking for a tax relief solution I found a list of agencies specializing in tax issues with the IRS and because of their high rating and affordability I chose Anthem Tax Services and am glad I did so. They did accomplish to negotiate an acceptable settlement, but there were some bumpy roads along the way. In the end they did make the situation good.

I began working with Anthem in August, and it's now April. And I fired them. I have never--never--had such a bizarre experience. They would say they sent me something and it never arrived. I called and their voice mail was full. They sent me the same form to fill out more than once, and then asked me if I had the form and would I fill it out. I had done so. On and on it went on, until I gave Ben, Daniel and Horacio a deadline. They couldn't deliver. An enormous waste of my time with no results. A terrible experience. Lou Buttino
