This company is great!!! I had a major tax bill and they walked me through the entire process and I was able to settle with the IRS. I was never kept the dark they always kept informed of what was happening. Anthem Tax Service staff are very professional, helpful and great with communication.

I had a bunch of missing tax returns and anthem tax services got them all filed for me really quickly and efficiently, I was expecting to owe the IRS money and anthem ended up getting me money back! David Cruz handled my case and was very professional, personal thanks to David and to the whole team there at anthem !!!

I take issue with the reviews on here. They were a big factor in deciding which firm I would go with. What looked like glowing reviews turned out to be people who worked for the company or duplicate reviews from individuals on multiple accounts. Here’s what I know: I contracted Anthem and they were slow to get any resolution from the IRS. They were rude to me. They did not lower the amount owed through negotiation, and there’s no evidence they even tried. Although they claim to offer a “100% money back guarantee” they clearly do not stand behind it since I have requested a refund repeatedly to no avail. Altogether, it was a mistake to work with Anthem

I don't like taxes or doing these reviews but these guys deserved it. I spoke with Eric and at first was skeptical. He goy more work done in 1 phone call with IRS then a year with the other company I hired before. Thanks man.

Josh Blows my mind. He made sure I was comfortable and understood how the process works, even knew what questions I was going to ask just by the tone of my voice, every single time we spoke! That guy is something else. Anthem ended up settling my debt for less than I expected. Now I just have to stay current so the this doesn’t come back to haunt me.
