The storage it self ARE NOT RELIABLE!! Ive been renting for over a year now no problem until recently my storage has been broke into all my valuable things are gone I'm a single mom of four an it took me 5years to get what I had an now just gone! Nothing I can do about it if I don't have paperwork on everything valuable then no sense in reporting.The one good thing they do have is the lady named April at the gilmer road storage she was so helpful an very patient she goes above an beyond to help I appreciate her.

they seem to have a problem with their IT department. We have to go into the system and create an account and pay. This seems fine on the surface until you actually try to do it. The site did not recognize my email address (the one they used to notify me of the issue) nor their own location. Management is non existent and nobody answers the phone. I'll probably have to move my stuff to a real facility.

Items are not secure, security is non-existent, they have one camera at the gate. Employees do not follow stated policies, multiple break-ins occur regularly, such to the point that I had to get the local news involved. Got hung up on by the national office, never contacted as promised by the district manager. Gross negligence on their part.

I rented a storage off of Shields and I just want to say the young lady that was working was so sweet and knowledgeable .. She help me find the right size for all my stuff. Thank You blonde head woman at the desk. Signed Jack
