I paid for build my resume, it was $2.95 It wasn't clear that they will charge $25 every month for a subscription! I just paid for build one resume!

Hi Sandra, we are very sorry if there was any confusion on the terms of our subscription. We do notify our customers at several points that after the 14-day trial, the subscription enters into a monthly subscription service. If you do not cancel before the end of the subscription, either through your account or by contacting us, you will be charged for the recurring amount. We inform customers on the sell page, payment information page, processing payment page, order confirmation page, and the in the payment confirmation e-mail.

Company is shady as hell. Cancelled before the end of the trial date to avoid the monthly fee, was still charged $24.95. When I called they told me I never cancelled and would only give me half the amount back.

BE CAREFUL! I signed up but cancelled after the free trial date. Even after I cancelled they continued to take money off of my credit card! They said it was because they found "multiple emails" for me. They are shysters and if you decide to use this service you are setting yourself up for a nightmare!
