I will NEVER use your company AGAIN. Your company has stole over $400.00 from my credit card. I tried the free trial resume and cancelled immediately. Your Company has been consistently charging my credit card 24.95 for the last 17 months. That is stealing. You need to reimburse my credit card in FULL. I had to cancel my credit card and be issued a new credit card number in order for your company to stop charging me. When I called I was told I had to call the customer service number in Puerto Rico. Do not use this service!!! they charge you monthly fees and make it very difficult to you to speak with customer service !!!! after many ways of trying to talk to customer service they were incompetent

My Perfect Resume is a corrupt organisation. I never signed up with MY PERFECT RESUME....WHY????Because I don't need one....I am retired..... This is a complete ripoff. You pay a reasonable amount to build a resume and then they sneak in a very large monthly charge. There are not trying to help you and you should never use this service!!! I should have been given a full refund, but they gave me 12 dollars back. Sad they should be ashamed! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

They are fraud, they will trick you into subscription if you buy anything on their website.

Yet another poor rating related to the recurring subscription automatically kicking in... Called today after seeing a $24.95 charge while balancing my accounts. Wound up was charged $24.95 twice. I agreed to the $3.95 trial and didn't use the service past the 14 day period. Was basically told the same line that everyone else has heard, that they make it clear throughout that it automatically becomes a recurring subscription--although I, like many others have stated as well, am very careful with trial subscriptions and calendar their cancellation date to be sure I am not charged further. I was told "No Refund", then was given a "Courtesy Refund of $12.48" once a supervisor reviewed... Read More

DO NOT USE!!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
You WILL be charged $24.95, even if you do choose to use the subscription. I specifically opted for the $1.95 one time download option, and DID NOT choose to be subscribed. It took THREE separate calls to get it fixed. First person hung up on me when I as soon as I demanded the fraudulent charge be refunded. I had to threaten them with legal action for them to refund my money. This company needs to be investigated.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER Do business with myperfectresume.com. They have been double charging my debit card for 7 months in a row!! I cancelled this service and they keep double charging me each month. I have had to contact them every single month for over 7 months. They claim they have a second account that is set up wrong and bills to my account. So they added my payment info to someone else's account? I signed up online. How do they screw that up??? and do it again and again for 7 months! Something seriously sketchy is going on with this company. It needs shut down!!
