Their resume service is not good at all. They sign you up for a reoccurring monthly service, but your card is charged numerous times for very small amounts (international charges). Use any other service.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way about us Daniel. We are very clear with our customers in the terms of our subscription, however, we apologize if there was any misunderstanding.
BELIEVE WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING. They trick you. Nothing on their site is free. They will charge you $24 per MONTH for a resume critiquing subscription. I spoke to a representative and told them that these charges are absurd and I would never in my right mind agree to this and their response was that "people are willing to pay upwards of $40 per month for our services." I received a prorated refund of ~$8 after they charged me for 3 months of this utterly useless resume service. So that is $8 back out of the $72 they charged me. Go instead to Google Docs and use a pre-made template. Why I didn't do this in the beginning eludes me. But here we are. HEED THIS WARNING.

What a scam. It says it’s free then charges 2.95 for you to print or email resume. They keep your credit card number and I’ll you 29.95 a month hoping you dont notice. I did not sign up for any subscription. Disgusting. Iam reporting also.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I am a very organized person who worked for the state that I reside in as an investigator. I had an injury and had to make a change in my career. I am very careful about getting pulled into scams, however, I felt that this would be a good opportunity to build a resume and cover letter that was more updated than when my original resume that I wrote years ago. First of all, the templates are not free. After spending a long period of time writing the perfect resume, I only had the option of spending $2.99 to have access to the resume/cover letter. The 14 day trial is just to get your CC# - you have to actively cancel or they hit your card every month.
They got me for two monthly charges before I caught it.

This is a scam. And this website for fake reviews too. The have a high rating 9.7 out of 10 in Consumers Advocate and when you red the reviews every body is telling the same story. They steal your money stay away from myperfectresume.com. Is a perfect SCAM.

we do inform our clients of the subscription terms at several points and most noticeably in the confirmation email, we provide the payment schedule for the subscription. Sneaky is never our intention and we apologize if you felt that this was your case.
I found their service easy to use; it good-looking resume, and I loved the process... So why only one star? Next to no one is going to want a monthly subscription to build a resume that is going to be used at most twice a year! I was happy to make a one-time payment, understood that I would be subscribed to a 14-day free trial, and unsubscribed as soon as I made the payment... Or so I thought... I get an update from my bank only to find out I had been billed again by you guys! Apparently, there is a final confirmation button to cancel your account...
