The worst company to try to get logged into, You have to change your password about every other month and then the password reset does not work. Call up the company and the rep can not help with logging in, very frustrating to get help to log in and get your claim in, and if you are lucky enough to log in there is no way to see the status of your claim, Save yourself some headaches and go with a company that does not force you to change your password constantly.
Not very happy, every time I have submitted a claim it has been a hassle, either they don’t respond or you are on hold forever waiting on someone . After submitting all of my pets records, they ask every time for copies of his records. I would think they should have them on file.
Good luck if you decide to go with hem.
Horrible customer service! Cannot get into my account to see my cat’s policy. Have called them several times and it’s been over a week and still cannot get in. The customer service rep we spoke to said she has the same problem with her account!!! I’ve asked to speak to a manager and they will not have a manager call me back. I’m getting ready to cancel my policy
This company has had a phone recording that they are closed for an emergency Friday and Monday 3/26 and 3/28. Not sure what's going on? Never heard of suspending business. Their CS is located all over the US...no weather reson for shut down. Suspended insurance license? What's the emergency?
After my previous pet insurance company raised my rates to the level of insanity, I looked around for a new insurer. TrustedPals popped up and after a little exploration on their web site I had no hesitation about signing up. My dog is a service dog so his health and safety is very important to me and, consequently, having good insurance for him is a must. I signed up for a TrustedPals policy without a cap so I don't have to worry about vet costs. Sure, I still have to pay 10% but I can deal with that if it means keeping my dog alive and well. Great experience so far! I switched over about 6 months ago, and I definitely am not dissapointed. Before switching I just about looked everywhere... I mean that. All rates where the same every where except trusted pals. I was able to get a significantly less rate for the exact same thing some where else. Because of this I was able to maintain my 90% reimbursement. Customer service is great. I dont spend forever on hold (which is appreciated) I also want to say that every time I have talked to someone on the phone it has been the same person... Which is also appreciated! Talking to the same person and not a different one ever time.
I wish I knew about TrustedPals sooner!! I decided to get insurance when I couldn't afford to pay the bills out-of-pocket for my senior dog. This is when I tried out TrustedPals, and glad it worked out. It's super easy to sign up. Making a claim was super easy as well and took less than 5 minutes. I also like how they gave out email confirmations stating that my claim went through and I am able to feel relaxed. Not to mention that when I had to call because I had multiple questions; they were super fast to answer and got my response which helped me to feel at ease. Very affordable. Timely responses and friendly staff. Super easy to file a claim and the turn around time for review has been between 24-72 hours so far for me.
I recently switched to TrustedPals after my previous insurance rates jumped drastically. I have been impressed by their knowledgeable responses to my questions and concerns. Not only is the premium 2/3 less than my old insurance- the coverage is much better!
After reviewing many insurance plans, we decided on TrustedPals and are glad we did. The rates are reasonable and cover many things. We included the Wellness Plan which came in very handy when our adopted dog needed to be brought up to date in all her shots and to have her spay surgery. TrustedPals quickly approved the claims and deposited the funds directly into our account in a timely manner. I would like to be able to see our claims on our account when we log into the website. Hopefully that will possible soon.
We recently purchased pet insurance by Trusted Pals for our beloved dog, Bear.The Company is new but after careful research it seemed to be good value and well trusted among pet owners.The only downfall is the extra preventative insurance we purchased will not cover the cost for Bears dental cleaning which is why one of the reasons we purchased this in the first place. Hopefully, the Company will see the need to up the amount of coverage to cover dental cleaning.

After looking at what felt like a million pet insurance companies I finally found TrustedPals. What I loved the most was that they didn't allocate how I was able to use the money within the 'wellness plan'. Any time I've ever had a question regarding a claim, I always get a quick response and these people are the nicest around. It feels like the Chik-fil-a of pet insurance companies! I haven't had to use it for any accidents yet, but so far I'm very happy with the wellness plan.
I searched around for great comprehensive insurance without limits, and Trusted Pals fit the bill. Limits, especially when accidents happen, can add up quickly. Hopefully I won’t need to use it, but I’m glad I have it in case I ever do.
Website login lacks features but getting better. Provides good value, professional, responsive. Claims sometimes take longer than expected but when contacting them they are able to see what is keeping it.
I got my pup pet insurance as soon as I got him. My friends recently had a dog get diagnosed with cancer who sadly passed away. The cost of the treatment for their pup was outrageous. I knew if I were in their situation I couldn’t afford it so I opted for pet insurance. I like how trusted offers a wellness plan along with the accidental coverage. It will help out a lot this first year with vaccines, neutering, and all the check ups my pup has to have. I have already submitted a claim and it was super easy. I got an email shortly after saying that my claim was approved and added to my deductible. I have no complaints 😊
I was little hesitant to get my kitten's insurance through trusted pal because I never heard of it. But after deep research, I went ahead and gpt coverage through them. So far, I have made 3 claims (vaccines, visit fees, spay with added wellness plan)
Reimbursement came quick, direct deposited into my bank account within few days.
I love how I choose 100% coverage with $100 yearly deductible. Plus their premium is far unbeatable.

I did a lot of research in pet insurance; price, deductibles, coverage, limits, etc. and compared each side by side. My conclusion was to use TrustedPals for coverage (illness/accident coverage and wellness coverage - routine vet visits coverage) of my newly rescue dog only after calling them and talking with a representative. He was very informative on the coverage and such. Additionally, he advised me of the claims policy; payment type, procedure in providing vet invoices and time it would take to process. I really like this company. I have had other pet insurance policies before, but this is my favorite. They are always available on the phone for my questions and have the quickest responses for claims of any company that I know of. Their injury coverage is AWESOME. It's truly great value. Their Wellness policy only covers $750 a year max, so that's a bummer. For example, a standard pet teeth cleaning is around $2500, so you might want to get a second insurance policy for any thing wellness related. But for any emergency or illness care, this company is great!

So far so good, 👍 Took my Gabby to the vet for prevention care, vaccinations, labs, heartworm/flea/ tick prevention . I filled claim and was reburst all the money that was owed to me and was deposited in my bank account in 2 weeks.
TrustedPals has been excellent so far! Nearly immediately after getting my rescue dog, she came down with HGE, which required an overnight emergency hospital stay. I would have had to pay nearly $2k out of pocket if I hadn't had pet insurance. The claim process was incredibly smooth, and I love that they cover vaccinations and other care as well! Such a good deal for my peace of mind, and given the aforementioned emergency, TrustedPals has already paid for itself for over 3 years.
So far, I can’t say enough about the ease of enrollment (and love the fact that they act like they are talking to my dog!), the considerable value and selection of of the policies is extensive. We previously had pet insurance through another Insurance company and cancelled due to the extremely high premiums and poor customer service (think high cost and a fight to get anything covered). TrustedPals premiums are much lower and the policies cover much more - we even signed up for the Wellness plan. Our dog is turning 4 and we hope to have a long relationship with TrustedPals. Keep up the good work.
So far so good. I've been a policy holder for a few weeks. I have submitted a few claims and the process is fairly easy. The customer service department is helpful via phone and email.
I had been putting off getting pet insurance because I thought it was very complicated. Once I came across Trusted Pals, I let out a sigh of relief! The coverages were explained in an easy manner. I absolutely love their wellness plan coverage as well! Great coverage for a great price. Submitting claims is really easy, they are quick and refund you quickly as well. I’m a very happy customer!
