I have been a customer with bimonthly service for over 16 years. Over the last two years they applied huge increases to my costs for this service. Last May my technician told me that if I called customer service, they will lower my cost for service. I called customer service, and they agreed to lower my cost by $15 per treatment. In July after service, I was charged the full amount. When I called customer service, I was told that I should have been charged the lower amount. They said someone would contact me within two business days. That didn’t happen even with me contacting them two other times.

I entered a year contract, paid for the first visit and have been trying to get my initial service. They scheduled it and never showed up or called me. So I called the office. And called again. And called the main number. And called again. Each time I called, I received a promise that someone would take care of it. It has now been 3 weeks since the date of the contract. Who runs a business like this? We just need pest control.

If you are considering Terminix as your pest control company in Pensacola FL, make sure you are on the property when the technician is scheduled to treat your property, so you will know you have been serviced. More importantly, make sure you watch the technician as he/she services your property, so you can be sure you are getting the service you will be billed. As expensive as everything is these days, don’t assume 1) the technician showed up and serviced your property and 2) if they did show up, that they did what you are paying for!! Terminix is a very bad place to work for they expect way to much out of us and treat us like we are just a number they let me go without any warnings or write up's , they miro manage us and threatened us for every thing we do, and also over charge customers for work they offer when you can pay a trusted company a fraction of the price, so save your money and don't use terminix I was with terminix for 6 years and I'm glad to be out a lot less stress for me now

0 stars is what it should be they scheduled for Tues oct 5 at 8am noone showed up I called they said they had the 6th even tho my email said the 5th.. So they said wed at 8 am they called to say they wasnt available on wed and rescheduled for today(Friday the 8th) they text at 9 saying noone was available and rescheduled the 23rd...I called to cancel because I was having a party and wanted the bees taking care of....worst service ever!

I would not under any circumstances use this outfit again! I own a 1920s era bungalow which, in keeping with the building practices of the day, the entire house is raised about two feet off the ground. Eight of my pet cats which I loved and raised from kittens for over ten years "hid out" beneath the house when they were not IN the house with me. When the Terminix representative came out to inspect the house I explicitly told him that it was imperative that my cats NOT be under the house when the tent went up. He assured me that before they began to tent the house they would flush the cats out from beneath the house with tear gas and look for any cats remaining thereunder.... Read More

COMPANY LIES! Don't believe anything they say on the phone. Had my niece sign me up for a 'free inspection'. Then my realtor and I verified everything as I was out of state and was told the same thing. Low and behold I got charged when I immediately didn't buy into their sales pitch. The truth was I didn't get the house. Then some rude lady said when I called about, it that they told me they were going to transfer service from the current owners to me with or without signing anything and charge me. If I could give zero stars, I would. Our regular service technician showed up without his uniform on a Friday and scheduled an appointment to meet with me the next day on Saturday to lay rat traps. We have a significant rat infestation and were eager to get it taken care of. The fact that he wasn't wearing a uniform should have been a red flag, but since he was our regular technician, I didn't question it until he failed to show up to our scheduled appointment the next day. My impression is that he was trying to do this off the books, as I never received a proper written estimate, and he verbally quoted the price without any official documentation. I have been with Terminix for over 16 years & since moving to Ky, have had one problem after another with their Huntington office. Many no shows, no calls, no return calls, one lie after another. They have been overcharging me, they charge me for 4000 sq ft & I only have 866 sq ft. They claim to have done service & took pictures of someone else's house. I have not had a quarterly since Sept of 2020. It is the worst customer service, they could care less about their customers! They show up without an appt, but won't show up with one, after waiting all day & putting all our animals up for the day. Read the reviews, this company is going down hill fast! Buyer Beware!!!!!

What a rip off with no customer service. I met with 2 different employees about bed bugs in my moms home and my place. I know they transferred from my place to hers as I had Protec come in and fail at eliminating them months earlier. They quote me at 400 for my small apartment and over 1000 for my moms duplex pre inspection. After inspection they tell me they can't do my house because they legally need to find bugs and my place was too clean - go figure i would clean my place before I had strangers tear it all apart. I don't know how this has ever received 5 stars. I'm deeply regretting purchasing this service and wish I read a review to tell me not to. We were given numbers and told to call and that people would personally come out and remove the mouse if caught and also remove the mouse traps. After that, we have contacted terminex and the sales rep/installer with the numbers they gave us multiple times (over 6...) and haven't heard a word. My husband ended up removing the 1 mouse caught after we were told we might have quite a few. I have been a Terminix customer for years. In April 2020 I bought a pest exclusion for my house for around $1,000 and as of December 21, I still have pest in the house waking me up at night and running in the ceiling. I have a one-way trap installed 2 months ago that Terminix never came to remove (Needless to say that it didn't help) and never followed up on. They charged me $1500 for a service they couldn't provide, I requested my money back and they kept hanging up the phone on me. I called Terminix because I have some issues with pest and I needed a professional company for pest control. They sent a salesperson over (Troy) to give me a quote on Monday (August 10th) and I agreed and paid $1377 for pest control and $119 for anti-insects spraying all around the house. I was very clear the only problem was clothes moths and that was what I needed service for. After I called to say I still have the same problem, I was told there is no treatment for clothes moths. I canceled the service and ask for a refund. Service Manager Dan Headrick called about a week later. He tried to tell me I got the service I signed up for. I let him know I did not. I had them perform a one time spray at my home, which they charged me $189. The salesman who initially signed me up said to call the technician if I still have insects within 30 days after the initial spray for extra service, and I would not get charged. I texted the technician, and he did respond but never came out to my house again to spray. I still have insects that they said the treatment would take care of—the worse $189 I have ever spent.

Your warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. You have done everything possible to pass the buck and avoid standing behind your product. I had a termite contract for six years. Once we discovered termites, Terminix began to come up with excuse after excuse. They ignored my phone calls. I guess they thought I would go away. I am now in process of hiring an attorney to get the damage repaired. We had been under contract since the cabin was built.

Signed up because of a termite issue in 2019. Termites were handled, but mice and bugs not so well. The technician staff is friendly and puts their best foot forward, but their hands are tied by poor company policies designed to gouge more cash from you. It has taken 4+ days to try and cancel and they have pulled every tactic to avoid me from doing that until they pull out the bait stations first. Pretty much they want to come quarterly, do as little as possible, and sit back and collect. Great philosophy if you are doing a good job, but not the case. Terminix was contacted to handle my mouse problem. The mice were leaving droppings in the silverware drawer weekly. They sold me a plan claiming it would fix my mouse problem. Within a month my mouse problem got worse and they began leaving droppings in the silverware drawer daily. I called to see what they would do to rectify the situation. The agent who came out to inspect said the plan they sold me was mainly for bugs, spiders, and termites. Offered to sell me another plan to keep mice out and to handle the mice inside. Hi, In simply words, Terminix stole my money 1) by promoting their services for stink bugs while knowing that their services were never a solution to stink bugs and never owning up to their word.
