Your service at my home has turned into a joke. It is not a funny joke. It is a colossal failure.
Your agents never call for an appointment and I can find no evidence that an inspection has been done, especially the interior of my home. Neither, can I find any evidence that the three months’ cleanings have been done. Fact is, I had the house pressure washed before the December inspection, and I had the house repainted before the March inspection and they cleaned it again. Therefore, it is clear that you have done nothing but charge me for a service that I did not get.
