My original rating was very high. The men installing the catguard equipment were professional and polite. I was only going to hire catguard if they were willing to work with me. They agreed that they would live capture animals with one way doors. Leaving the animals on property. I know this is not what they are used to. They didn’t seem to mind. We started with Catseye after finding a snake in our family room. Brian the inspector was so compassionate, professional, and informative. Soon the snake population in our house went from single digits to over 100 (mostly babies, but still OMG). Catseye has been so helpful trapping them, sealing the house, and reassuring us that they are getting this under control. Mike has become our favorite tech.
