I specifically asked the technician to be mindful and pay close attention to the back patio there were many spiderwebs and spider eggs. When I looked at my patio, the webs were still there, and the spider eggs too. The front of the house at the garage was completely filled with spiderwebs that were very visible and they are still there. This means he did not use the scrubber brush to clear all the webs at all. Nothing I asked him to do was completed.

I was surprised to still find spider webs all over front and back. Last time, there was no evidence of spider webs for at least a week.

They took the money of out of my account before the scheduled time. It started to rain, so I tried to call the company asking if they were going to reschedule. No one answered the first time. The next two times someone answered but then immediately hung up.
