Louis R performed our service and he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining the entire process, was eager to answer our questions and performed the service in very professional and safe manner. I would highly recommend Louis and Aptive for all of your pest control needs.

Tristan was courteous and polite upon arriving at my facility to treat it. He and his assistant went about treating my house quickly and efficiently and finished in good stead. However, he had to uncover my faucet cover to get to the water to do his work and he did not recover the faucet before leaving. This was unfortunate for me because I am handicapped and it is difficult to take care of negligence such as this.
