He checked in with me first to make sure I didn't need anything specific, waved at my dog, and did everything quickly and efficiently. Seemed like a really nice guy

My rating is ZERO stars, BUT this survey will not allow me to even choose 1 STAR...how DECEPTIVE is that to the consumer! It only allows me to give a minimum of 3 stars which is a lie! I am Very disappointed!! I was scheduled for a window of 9-12 for which I had to take off work. The technician never showed up. I was to get serviced inside and out...specifically inside for issues with I was having with waterbugs. I called at 11:40 wanting to know where the tech was. I was told he would be here shortly...never arrived. I left much later than noon and called Aptive right away because my CC was charged for a service I never received. Our Aptive service man was Nhat Kiev. He called 30 minutes ahead of his arrival. He arrived on time, was polite, talked with my husband, then went out to yard & diligently followed the areas of concern & did an excellent job of treating our home & surrounding yard. We have had Aptive now for quite awhile and are very pleased with your service & especially the well trained service people you employ. They are always polite, know what needs to be done and executes their job in a professional manner.

Jordan spoke to me at the front door. He never checked in before leaving or went over what he did. Had he done that I would have told him that the area where he put the ONE mouse trap was not where the mice are coming from. Also ONE mousetrap? The trap he left looked dirty and used. Thought it was garbage. Also would have liked to have known where he sprayed in back for spiders. He just took off.
