Khalil Giles did a great job - he gets five stars. If scheduling hadn’t been such a challenge Aptive would have gotten five stars.

I still had to knock down a lot of cobwebs and killed two spiders after the visit . Also , noticed wasps are still in the front gutters above the deck . Looks like vole activity has slowed down - traps working .

Daquane was very nice and helpful. He texted me to let me know when he was on the way which was much appreciated. And when I asked him to spray inside my house he put on a mask and shoe covers.

Barely average, he was here and gone in 15 minutes. He couldn't do interior because we were not home. He did not spray grass out 30'. And didn't do the east side of house. I was watching him through my security system. Please ensure to do services as paid for. Thanks! Leona
