Hi, unfortunately the original technician decided unilaterally to not do the interior of our home and attic even though it was part of that initial service and clearly discussed with the sales person who stopped by. Not sure why he decided on his own that it was not to be done. But we had to bring another technician who performed the job requested and contracted for. So thankfully they rectified if not it would have been a 1 star but second technician was way better and thorough.
Matt Kacey did an excellent job treating our bathroom ant problem. He explained everything that he was laying down (the gel, the bait, etc). I felt very comfortable with the service he provided. I also appreciated that he wore a mask and booties, as I just got the house cleaned. He was great.
8-10-20 I was home all morning. No one range the door bell or knocked. I wanted to talk to the tech. There is an ongoing problem with mites all around the perimeter of the house to include foundation, siding, bushes. I need to speak to someone about this ASAP.

Hi I'm Dawn Zontini I had my exterior sprayed and the guy who did it missed alot of spots on the outside I live in a very tall house and I didnt see one ladder brought out so he can get the top like I was told he would by the Rep Jacob...I was also told that the yard would be sprayed as well and it wasn't still seeing webs and spiders etc. Now I didnt have to pay this time but still not pleased but will get over it I just hope they do better next time! Thanks
James did a great job. He was very thorough, friendly and answered all my questions.

Jessie did a great job and was very thorough. He was friendly and polite.
Steve Amato checked-in to ask if there were any concerns before starting his service. I mentioned a couple areas that had ant activity. He mentioned that this was typical to the time of year and that he would pay particular attention to these ares. Nice job.
Donnelle did an awesome job. I had called during the weekend to get a follow up service and one was scheduled for Monday. Eventhough it was raining, Donnelle went around the entire outside of my house and meticulously swept all of the spider webs away and then sprayed the entire thing. He had a great attitude and never complained once. He was very polite and professional. Thank you, Donnelle!
Technician was respectful and polite. Took time to review the parimeter to determine the best are to treat our pest problem. Was also very cautious about our pets to make sure that they would not be harmed by the treatment.
Adan Dickinson serviced us today and he was a pleasure, thorough and very nice tech.
I really appreciated questions and assured us he would do inside and outside.
