Very friendly / outspoken and knowledge. He performed his job and duties as required by us. We even forgot to mentioned a specific area inside the home after he left and responded immediately.
Julio did an excellent job. He listened to all my concerns and gave me an honest answer about how he was going to take care of the pest problems that we have. He applied the treatments thoroughly and was very discreet and polite all the time.
Did a Fantastic job. Very Friendly. Was patient with us moving our animals.
Brandon came back for my re-service, and did an excellent job. He took down all cobwebs left by previous rep, and treated the areas. Brandon also followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with his work prior to leaving. Overall he did a phenomenal job. I would like to request Brandon as the rep who treats my house moving forward.
My salesman and associated tech are professional and great at their job.
The technician was very nice over the phone. I unfortunately forgot to unlock my back gate so that he could treat the back yard. I even spoke with him while at my house to help him access the backyard but he was unable to. The reason for the 3 stars is that in his notes, he wrote "Removed any harborage or nest activity found on front, back and sides of home" however he did not actually treat the back of my home as he was unable to access it. I would just like the notes to reflect what was actually done. In my line of work, documentation is everything, and I want to make note that he did not treat my backyard or the back of my house.

I just signed up with this company and they can’t the day after. I told the gal that came to our house that we had an ant problem out on our back patio and I asked her specifically if her treatment would take care of that she said yes. The technician came to do service the next day but told my husband that ants were a separate cost and that it could be added next time if we’d like, I am super confused on why it was not done yesterday when the lady said it would be and why she did not tell me it was extra?
Very respectful. Even though my house was a mess he was still professional.
Although it was late in the day before he could get here due to weather, he still arrived and did a very thorough job. Very satisfied!
