Normally Aptive does fine with the routine pest management. However, this time the tech went through the yard and forgot to close one of our back gates. We didn't see this when we got home and we let our dog outside in the back yard as we usually do. He ended up running out to the front yard and nearly out to the street before we realized what happened. Luckily we saw this and got him back in time. We were disappointed to see that the gate had been left open.

Patrick Shimeck went above and beyond. He was very patient in waiting for me to get home in order to let him service my indoor areas. He even cleaned up the extras that were missed from the previous technician. He was very friendly and informative!! I would definitely recommend Patrick for his bonus!!
