David was very thorough, professional and personable during our service visit
He provided courteous and excellent service. He explained what he was doing and asked if our needs were met before he left. Worth the price every time!
The beehive mentioned to our technician was not removed and appears to be active.

What a delightful and knowledgeable young man Aamer Gadhoke is!! Such a pleasure to have him service our property. Working with them for the last 5 years. I always hire them to every new house we move. Very reliable, good service and very friendly technicians .
Be careful with contract. Initially they give an appealing quote, say can cancel anytime, then sign a contract. In the fine print it says will recover $200/- (my contract) if service is cancelled.
"The $200 charge is the initial discount reimbursement outlined in your agreement- if a service agreement is cancelled before it is completed, the discounted about from the initial service (in this case, $200) will be sought for reimbursement."
So it cost me some $260/- for one application. My fault to not check the contract better, and never again.
Also, never answer the phone, and the service is pretty expensive anyways.
Be aware.
Unsure where the fault lies but we expected to be the first call of the day last Friday. This input was provided by a young lady in your call center. At 10 am on Friday I called and was advise the technician just finished his call & was in route to our house. Nearly 2 hours after did he arrive. Tech performed his activities fine but timing didn't meet expectations set by your personnel. We would prefer honesty not what you deem we would want to here.
They take care the area where was problems and clear spiderwebbed
He was very professional and courteous. Performed his tasks in a timely fashion and made sure he covered any of our concerns.
We were pleased to have James help us with our wasp issue which seems to happen every time this year. We needed him to apply solution to gable soffits. James was a real gentleman and a delight to work with.
