Carlo St. Jean was friendly and professional. He was conscious of our need for pest control that is safe for pets and focused on the ant issues we have recently experienced in the back patio/deck area. Very happy with all aspects of his service.

I had no idea that a person/tech was here today. i have no idea if our home was sprayed all around the foundation. the side gate was locked. I had a green card in the door. That is it

I'm sure the tech who came to my house did a fine job on the OUTSIDE. However when I called to set up a time, I specifically asked for them to come inside and solve the ant problem in the kitchen. In the past, the tech always rang the bell but this time he only sent me a voicemail. I didn't answer the phone because I was in the dentist's chair. There were people at home waiting for the doorbell. As a result, he didn't even come into the garage to replace the bug boxes and spray in there as was always done.
Apparently, this tech did not get the message. I can't blame him entirely if he didn't know.
Took care of the issues that I had. Very professional young lady.
tech came to door and notified me that he was at home, which i requested and appreciated. He was friendly during our conversation.
He placed another trap for mice, which we are still having issues with.
I found absolutely no indication that he sprayed the foundation or around windows, etc.
He left to work another home in my neighborhood. I walked down and asked him about spraying and he said he sprayed the entire area. He said it dried in 10 minutes due to the heat.
half of my home is in the shade when he sprayed. it was no more than 20 minutes after he finished and i walked the entire home, absolutely no indication anywhere that it was sprayed.
