I unfortunately missed the door bell this morning. However, I watched the service from my cameras and this service is NOT worth $99. I can go to Home Depot and do what the tech did this morning. Terrible. I want to cancel. Not worth it.

I was home and did not see the technician at all and nothing was left at my house to tell me what if anything was done. I believe a simple knock on the door to see if anyone is home and if we have any concerns about treatment should be standard protocol. This should of been our 3rd treatment and I have seen only an increase in spiders and bees around our home. I have already spoken to customer service and have another appointment scheduled. I am just concerned because if I was not home I would have assumed treatment was done when in fact it was not.

I just completed a review but I forgot to mention the technician's name which was Jerome. Jerome was extremely courteous, respectful and provided great customer service. We really appreciated his pleasant demeanor and the service he and Milton (not sure if I have that name correct) provided.

Michael Weist talked to my wife and explained the service he was going to perform and asked her if there were any problem areas that needed additional attention. He was courteous and professional. Service was performed quickly and thoroughly.
