Erich Worm-Beneke Was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful in letting me know what he was going to do to help us get rid of our mice and letting me know what we needed to do on our end. Working with Erich was an informative and pleasant experience.

Actually 2 stars, system won’t allow for some reason. Advised tech wof webs in backyard on windows, especially small window. Also that area needs to be hit well. All webs are still there. So unsure on treatment in that area. Baited a couple of ant hills but missed several in brick work.

Derrick did an amazing job today but as we discussed Two more bait boxes and some large mouse traps were never brought back out to the house yet🤔 I hope that this is not going to be a problem with this company in the future. Word given word kept will keep customers.

Tony was very thorough. And seemed to be an all around nice guy. I appreciated his service today. Having trouble leaving a tip for him. I would like to request him for all future treatments. I’m not always pleased with the service of the technician. It was nice to have someone here who seemed to have job integrity.
