This is Alexis Martinez, I sing for services from Aptive until May 20, the first visit didn’t do treatment in the garden because of the rain, never returned to complete the task, the second time on the schedule supposed to be on July 20 never showed up, anybody call for reschedule and today I received an invoice for a visit that anyone in my house was witness, visit that no one call me previously to be prepared, call that if is true was not complete because I signed for treatment inside of my house. I expended money buying and doing some treatments to keep my house safe, now after to long you expect that I will pay for this terrible, unavailable and irresponsible service? Dee was a great, friendly technician who did a thorough job. Ant situation has disappeared with no harm to my pets as advertised. My only criticism is communication can be vague, and calling their offices takes patience. I am sure this upstart will get it together on that end. I would absolutely recommend this service for pest control.
