This has been such a frustrating experience! Aside from the tech not showing up "no call no show" the first time last week when the service was originally scheduled and I had to call to get it rescheduled, because there was no communication of the tech not showing up. When the tech finally showed up today for the rescheduled appt. He didn't even spray inside the home like he was suppose too, that was the whole reason someone had to be home. So now I have had to contact the company again to rescheduled the tech to come back out for a reservice, because he didn't do the job correctly the first time.
