Jeremy was great!! He was helpful and accommodating. It was awesome that he offered a discount for the mud issue. Was professional and on time!!!!

Upon arrival, he sat in the car for 20 minutes. I had to be somewhere and this was very frustration. When ask why he hadn't started he said he was on a 'conference call.' What kind of corporation does a conference call that requires technicians in the middle of a job and/or working day?! He was back in his car on, you guessed it, another 'conference call' when I had to remind him that he forgot to spray the garage. Oh, and he didn't even know that he was supposed to spray for fleas. That was the main reason he came out. He wasn't rude and was nice so I gave at least 2 stars. Maybe the calls were out of his control and the miscommunication on the application product. Bradley Baker showed up on time and introduced himself checking if I had any concerns since the last application. He completed his very thorough service quickly and neatly. This is my second experience with Bradley and I am very happy with his work!

Their service didn't work for us and when we tried to cancel we were told that we couldn't until after one year of their service was completed. I asked them if I forgot to call would their service automatically renew? I was told yes. They are very good at renewing but they can't and won't cancel until one day after one year of their service is completed. Don't forget or they will automatically review, this is the kind of crappy customer service that we all fear. I won't be back.
