Excellent reporting. Happy to know 2-Bait Stations were placed for rats. We are definitely having a problem. We were home, we would have liked to meet our technician. His reporting is very thorough. How do we proceed with the traps? Do we check them? How does this work?

The serviceman was friendly and spoke with confidence about what he was doing. He told me to allow 10 days before I should expect to see all the ants gone from my kitchen. It is now 13 days later and I'm seeing almost the same volume of ants coming in my kitchen through the area that he sprayed. I will ask for another treatment.

Very polite man who knocked on the door to announce himself. He asked if I had any problems. Told him I see a few small insects in the house. He said he could spray inside and I said good. Hardly noticed him as he worked in the house. Was careful not to make a mess. Work covers on his shoes. Did a very good job. Very happy.
