i had requested service time specifically be scheduled between 2 pm and 4 pm today. When I spoke to the agent on the phone to set the appointment I explained that I had flying insects outside and ants inside. i work 5 minutes from home and would have been there by 2 o'clock as we agreed. Please let me know how this can be resolved. Thank you, Gary Arkin

GLADLE HO was very pleasant and helpful during his visit. Kept asking where our concern areas were and pointed out a few things that may be causing bugs and told us how to fix them.

I would like to Thank Kyle for an “Excellent” professional service this visit. He went above and beyond to care for every corner of the house to ensure it was big/pest free. If possible I would like to have him to service my house on forthcoming schedules. If all your technicians were to adopt his servicing mindset, then I dont see why APTIVE can’t be the top in the market!
