Very professional, but friendly and courteous. He did forget to call and was one month early, which I know was not his fault. Please review my account & make sure it is every 3 months, not every other month. I would much prefer my appointment in the afternoon. I am retired & like to sleep in the mornings. Please remind tech. to call 30 min before arriving. Thank you..Steven Miller
