He was very good with communication. He called to say when he would be here, and I gave him our gate code and what to do, and he got it right away. I also asked if he didn't need to, not to come to the front door. I had the dogs nice and quiet and we are all working from homr. Sure enough, he just went in, did what he needed to do, and was great. Nice, efficient, clear communication, intelligent enough to follow what we asked and be very pleasant about it. Quiet for our dogs! A big thank you!
