It was Brock's first time here at the Rancho. Each visit will get easier and easier. One comment, there was essesive about of spray, making puddles around the doors. Not sure if that was intentional? But he did a very thorough job!! Thanks! Chela

Rep showed up without even attempting to ring the doorbell. He did not attempt to even talk to us to ask if we wanted inside service, or if we had any problem areas. He treated the front of our house ONLY, and then left. The whole back half of the property was not treated, and the rep marked it as "inaccessible", despite every other rep never having an issue accessing the back of our house. We were even home, and could have let him pass through the house if he had even bothered to ring the doorbell or ask us. Instead, he left without saying a word, we were charged for a full service, and now Aptive does not answer the phone. I feel like I was scammed into a full year contract at Apt...Read More
