There still spider webs around the house and in crevices which lets me know they weren’t removed. According to the paper left on my door showing service was rendered, this obviously wasn’t done.

I am new customer and never write any review before. But there is always exception. Totally unhappy w/ the service. See more spiders/insects inside the house than before I hire Aptive. Also, ant outside of the house issue still remains! Send email to customer support team and with no response, I am getting frustrated! Please help!

He did all I asked and more. Our deck is under construction so he made sure the area got sprayed at the edge since he didn't have access to get the area covered.

The technician did not call or ring my doorbell when he got here. I received an email saying he had completed the job. I was home the whole time and did not know when he was here. I wanted my garage sprayed and also inside my home.I do not feel like I got my $113 charge worth what he did if anything. I would like a new technician to come out and spray inside and out and garage.
