I first want to say you have the Nicest people working for this company. I can't believe the service self I have a nest of Bees I did not see the 1st technician and how he service it but they were back. I stood outside I saw the service man grab 8 tube type method that would not get near the nest I made a comment and he said oh yes it won't and then he got a broom and put some powder on it which you know did not get into that nest on a broom I could not believe my eyes. The bees are there I can't get at the nest but if you have the right equipment you can get into the whole which should have been done the 1st time

I specifically requested to the salesman when signing up I wanted all spider webs removed from under patio furniture. Spider webs are very visible. Also where are bait boxes?
