I didn’t even know he was here. I would have liked to ask some questions about what eh was doing and where he was applying and I had some questions about possibly doing something for the yard as I noticed what appears to be a skunk digging but he had to have come and gone in a flash. I can tell you as I was on my couch, that to the best of my knowledge he didn’t even spray on my porch. Not saying he did or didn’t but I normally hear when someone come up the steps.
Technician did not give 30 minute heads up, upon arrival, we had much less notice. Although it appeared technician did the job, we felt he was distracted because he was on a personal phone call for majority of the visit. He even asked my husband a personal question related to the phone call he was engaging in. We felt he was unprofessional and its unclear whether the job was done well.
My house is covered in wasps. When I was sold Aptive, the salesman said they would rod all wasps. 1000 of them are currently swarming my house as I write this.
Poor Service this month, The instructions were not followed for the basement and back garage despite communicated over the text message, which is the usual way I've done so far. After the service was done, I called the number on my invoice to report it and I was said to have the service done on the next day, but no one called or got in touch past week. I am calling the customer service as I write this revicw and I've been holding for more than about 20 mintues. Given the time we are in for Pandemic, I understand a longer wait time, But despite of talking to the service agent who served us the day and he giving me assurance of coming back and take care of the concerns, no one showed up to ...Read More

He did a good job! Punctuate and professional. Job was carefully done with satisfaction.
He applied the ant killer well to a lot of areas beyond the infected. Explained well and seemed to know the kind of the ants.
Did a good job. However today, I noticed the wasps rebuilding the "Live Wasp" nest again. When is my monthly schedule in October?
