We recently signed on with Aptive and while we aren’t excited about having to sign a one year contract, we were very happy with our first treatment by Keaton! He was professional, friendly, and willing to spend extra time explaining everything and answering our questions. Great customer service traits! Looking forward to seeing how everything turns out with time.

Service was quick and professional. Attempted to contact by ringing for bell but was not home at the time, watched service being complete on house cameras.

We were not satisfied this time around at all. Usually the tech lets us know that he has arrived as a courtesy, or atleast when he leaves..but this guy did not. Also, my mother had to stop him and have him clean the webs at our front porch. Those webs were clearly in sight and obvious so sucks to know she had to follow him to his truck to have him do his job. Not impressed.

Kevin Anderson did a very thoughtful inspection of our yard and the problems we were experiencing. Appreciated his experience, knowledge and advice. Hopefully this treatment will take care of our hornet issue as our dog was stung badly last weekend.

I did not schedule this appointment! I have repeatedly requested Aptive to not come out until I call in to reschedule. The technician noted that he sprayed the back porch and backyard which he didn’t and the last one didn’t either. I am not happy at all with the service I am receiving.
