Chris was pleasant and thorough. My complaint is with the company that refuses to allow me the consideration of a window of time they will arrive.
I cancelled my appointment the day before due to rain and requested appointment the following week...this was confirmed after a 45 min hold with customer service. Then 1 hour later I received a text that they were coming the following day, no time just the following day. I keep my gates locked and they know this however their customer service doesn't seem to worry about customer service. So I am cancelling my service to move to a company that will honor me as a customer and work with the times I need.

Prompt and professional. Technician performed job as we requested. We haven’t had any problems with spiders or yellow jackets.
Joseph Mendoza was thorough in providing the treatment for both removal of spider webs and spraying of product. He was extreme polite in greeting and in request for signature at the end of the treatment. Thank you for sending him.
I asked the technician to check in with me before he left. He did not.

K. Ladu was friendly and was detailed about his work. Taking care around the entire perimeter of the house. I hope that he can be the technician that does my next service.
Brandon was respectful, listened to our concerns and explained what he was going to, do.
Unfortunately he could not do the outside removing cob webs etc due to rain. Not sure if he is coming back to do the outside. He however did what he could on the outside. I could not get up due to a stroke and believe he did what came to do.

Sebastian was very friendly. He did his work quickly without disrupting the house.
Charles came to help us with a very bad wasp nest. He was professional, and worked extremely hard doing his work. He took a lot of time to do the job well. You should be glad you have Charles as an employee!
