Aptive is a residential and commercial pest control service. It's based in Sandy, Utah, but operates in major cities throughout 26 states. It treats a variety of flying and crawling insects as well as rats and snails.

Carlos is the best! He was very thorough and made sure to call when he was on his way so we could be ready and have the dog out and back in the house when he arrived. He was extremely knowledgeable of products and services. He listened to us regarding our problem areas that have never been touched before. He also explained everything he was doing and what it would do for us. He even let came to door to say goodbye and let us know when he was finished, what we could expect and when it would be safe to allow the dog out. I will be trying to request Carlos every time we have an appointment!
Great job and very insightful. He walked through the entire property and gave me plenty of help to prevent any future problems

Peter did a fantastic job today. We weren't expecting him to come today, but that was OK because we were here. He found two holes that previous Aptive pest control employees missed and patched them up for us so that hopefully we won't see anymore pests. He was very friendly and did a super job!
I can only assume he came today as I never got any camera alerts that he was around my house. I have 3 cameras watching my home and I never once got an alert some one was near my doors or porches.
So I can not rate him either way.
Christian McNabb did a SUPERB job and was by far the best technician I have every met from Aptive! Very Professional! Your rating service though is horrible as most of the links dont work and it is very confusing. I have had to leave it 3 times and still do not know if you got it.
He was friendly, efficient, and very professional. I felt comfortable leaving my home while he did his job. I would like to see him work on my home again!
Technician was very friendly and thorough. Asked several times if there was any thing or place else he could treat. There was no surprises. My only negative is that according to the list of bugs treated for, they didn't spray for mosquitoes; which was the primary reason we hired them. Maybe the bug was just left off the list in error, but I'd like to know one way or the other.
Great service, pleasant young man. He asked if we had any special concerns, which I don’t remember happening before.
