The quarterly was an error since your company was at my place to spray less than a month ago. Already called company and talked to "Jordan" he should be marking my sccount for a refund. Note- account already paid in full for the year so this just needs to NOT count as a quarterly service.
I was unable to talk as you were next door working and I went up stairs to shower. I assume you sprayed or treated for spiders?
Recently I may have heard the pitter patter of mice in the attic. What do you suggest. Trap? poison?
Caleb Skeans did a very thorough job servicing our home today; he was was professional, courteous, and friendly as he explained the service that he was providing and how he was proving it. I can honestly say that Caleb provided the most thorough service that we have received in the 3 1/2 years that we have been a customer of Aptive. We are thoroughly satisfied with the service that Caleb performed.

They have a very nice little scam going on. They knock on your door, tell you they will spray for $49 first spray. My issue is spiders. I signed up and then the spray didn't kill the spiders and now you are stuck with their inadequate service for a year. They will only spray the ground. They told me they would granulate half of my front yard and put a rodent box in my garden (neither got done). Yes they said they would come back out but I don't have any confidence in them. Why should I use them if I have to spray for spiders myself? They never said anything about their chemicals not killing spiders? Now they want $200 to close the account. Tech did great but when the guy who came around stated that they would treat the inside of my house they tech had no documentation.
This service provider was very informative and friendly. He explained the products used and would not spray indoors due to pets. He explained that Aptive actually does NOT have a mosquito product/service despite of what i was told and what was advertised by Aptive. He also apologized for what was said that misguided my purchase of the Aptive contract. The provider speaks very well of Aptive. Definitely give him 4 stars! But.... I am very frustrated that I was misguided about the mosquito protection. The protection was the Main reason I switched my services to Aptive. So far we haven't had any "pest issues" since we switched to Aptive but I am a bit concerned that your technician was only at our house for 15 minutes today. The service time is not an issue as long as we do not have an issue with pests. If we have any issues we will be sure to notify you.
