Was on a ZOOM meeting at time of service. I do need to know if there was any treatment for mosquitoes? I am getting terrible bites every time I go into the backyard.
Seems like very thorough and professional job. Appreciate the call confirming expected arrival.
I would like my pest control to be done Thursday, Friday or Saturday from now on. I would like to be there when this is being done and I would like an in the house treatment to be done also. Maryann Henry, Flower Mound, Texas.

Very polite and helpful, explain what he would be doing. Also told us when to expect results and what to do if we saw more rodents.
First let me explain that this was a return visit as the previous technician, Edwin Barajas may have not been told of the requests that I had made on the phone with a representative, after having to be on hold for an unacceptable amount of time!! I called a day or two prior to the appointment with info regarding the gates, spraying a wasp nest, explaining exactly where it was and needing ant traps for a return of an earlier issue.
Christian Goulet was very professional and very helpful. He sprayed the bee area and gave me the ant traps and was very kind. It seems that it is very important to be at home when one of your techs is scheduled. I hope that you can find out where the misc...Read More
Bobbi was professional and plesant. She introduced herself to me and ask if I had any concerns before she started. When she was finished she let me know and what she did. Very good experience.
Dennio deserves me to take time to give him recognition for his professionalism & courtesy! He went above and beyond & takes his customer service to the next level! He was also very personable!
The only bad thing, is that he probably won’t be returning.. I have been a customer of Aptive since 2015. The one thing that has been very disheartening about being a customer of Aptive is that I get a different technician on every visit! Moving forward, I would like to see Dennio become my permanent tech!
